Bio

Charisse is a high performing operations minded business professional. Charisse is a native of the tri-state area, New York New Jersey, and Delaware. She has worked in higher education for over 20 years. She has consistently served as a point of contact for developing professional development curriculum, deploying training programs, developing new processes, identifying bottlenecks and processes, and implementing efficiencies as well as providing ongoing support to front-line employees for various universities. She thrives in the area of supporting organizations through developing highly efficient processes analyzing processes to support saving money on operating costs. She also enjoys serving as a mentor for professionals new to being a professional or transitioning to a different industry. She's able to partner with professional adult mentees in their career journey, connect them with appropriate resources, and ensure they have the skills needed to successfully thrive in their careers on their own. Certainly, she understands how valuable being a member of a professional organization is to have a successful career. This is why she is passionate about being an active member of NBMBAA, Phoenix Chapter, in addition to other professional organizations such as WITI and ALPHA Phoenix.
