It is hard, but yes, it is important. I do therapy bi-weekly which is very helpful. I also take time during seasons to do activities that pull me away from work.
How do I increase my productivity as I am currently at home and often feel overwhelmed and tired. Do you have any tips that have helped you in this climate?
I like to use Trello to create daily lists, in your task descriptions set time limits and use a timer to ensure you stick to your daily breakdown. Also make sure your work space is not your relaxation space, creating a work environment at home is important for mentally separating work from leisure.
Measurably and carefully. Referring to the obvious pandemic is but the color of the sky. For all that is below said sky though, is proving to be more of a challenge it sometimes seems. I suppose the color of the sky does influence the mood - though everything under the sky is and always has been what it is now - in some measure.
I've chosen to start my own business - which requires more life balancing so as to learn just how to do that. So, I read a lot. I pray a lot. I ask a lot of questions of a lot of people. I even went as far as to travel away from my normal surroundings in hopes of being inspired; even considered relocating. It worked too! I discovered that anything I can do anywhere else, I can do right here at home.
