What challenges have you faced/are you facing, in your career?
I struggle with being heard, as the only woman in my company. Despite the difficulty, I started to find myself becoming more assertive and a better advocate for myself and my ideas. Basically—I have to fight to be heard and so I had better believe in what it is I have to say.

There are many social media platforms that have programs and plans in place to promote businesses...big names like Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn to name just a few. One way to decide where to promote is to have a good understanding of who your audience is and which social platform might provide the best access. You can start by developing detailed personas for your audience(s) and researching which platforms have the most engaging conversation happening related to your business niche. Have you already developed your audience personas?
